During yoga asana transitions – our bodies rely on the strength of our core. Having a strong core makes yoga poses easier to move into and hold, it creates more stability in the entire body, and it improves posture. Having a strong core helps one feel healthier!
The Core Yoga Series are semi-private, and last 6 weeks to 2 months. They focus on creating abs that are strong and balanced. The series classes greatly enhance your learning because they are in small, intimate, supportive groups. Only 4-5 people per class, so sign up before the latest series gets full!
Core Yoga Starts at 6:15pm – 7:45pm on Thursday’s. The dates are below. Pre-Registration is required. Missed classes can be made up on Sunday’s at 9:15am at Yoga Studio Ganesha.
